Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from our Clifton, Colorado warehouse. Standard delivery takes 3–8 business days via USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL depending on your location.

• Free carbon-neutral shipping on orders over $75
• Flat-rate shipping of $9.95 on orders under $75
• Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as your order ships

Returns

Every order includes our 100-night sleep trial. If your textiles aren’t right, contact coregisticsbuyerllc1@outlook.com within 100 nights of delivery and we’ll email a prepaid return label. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of the return being scanned by the carrier.

Exchanges

Color and size exchanges are always free. Replacements ship the next business day after your return label is scanned — no need to wait for the item to arrive back at our warehouse.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us a photo and we’ll ship a replacement at no charge, immediately.
